Whiz Work connects job seekers with businesses looking for remote employees. We facilitate the hiring processes allowing business to outsource digital labour.
To use Whiz Work, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.Provide accurate and complete information during the application process.Have the necessary skills and equipment to perform remote work.
Job postings are available for candidates to apply. Candidates must submit a voice note and other required information for evaluation. Shortlisted candidates will go through an interview and a punctuality test. Whiz Work does not guarantee employment and reserves the right to reject applications without explanation.
By accepting a job through Whiz Work, you agree to work as an independent contractor, not an employee of Whiz Work. You are responsible for managing your work schedule, taxes, and other personal financial obligations. You must maintain professional communication with the client and deliver quality work.
Payments are made monthly through the agreed-upon payment method. Payment amounts are set by the client and vary based on the job role and candidate experience. Candidates are not entitled to benefits such as health insurance, paid leave, or pension contributions.
Candidates must:
Maintain professionalism and integrity at all times.Respect client confidentiality and not disclose sensitive business information.Avoid any form of misconduct, fraud, or misrepresentation. Communicate promptly and reliably with clients and Whiz Work representatives.
Failure to comply with these standards may result in removal from our platform.
You may not:
Contact or attempt to work with a Whiz Work client directly outside of the platform. Share or sell job opportunities obtained through Whiz Work. Provide false or misleading information in your application or work.
Violating these rules may result in immediate removal from our platform and legal action.
Whiz Work reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access if:
You breach any of these terms. You fail to perform duties as agreed with the client. You engage in unethical or fraudulent behaviour.
Whiz Work acts as a hiring intermediary and is not responsible for:
Employment disputes between clients and candidates. Any financial losses due to missed payments by clients. Any damages resulting from technical issues, miscommunication, or employment termination.
Candidates are advised to maintain clear communication with their clients and follow professional standards.
Whiz Work may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
